Background

Jackson Windows (Tradeglaze) is one of the largest Window, Doors & Conservatory manufacturing and installing firms in the East Midlands. They currently a large sum on traditional advertising, and approached us to discover what digital marketing could do for their business.

The Brief

Redesign their entire online sales funnel process; to bring new inbound enquiries through an optimised web presence, Social Media and Paid Search.

The Process

Through analysing the firm's Google Analytics data and current marketing output, we were able to see how their current consumer base interacted with their brand. We utilised a rounded approach; ensuring we catered for both the older generation which the brand's traditional marketing was gaining interest from, and the younger online audience our new campaigns would attract. 

Solution

Because of the research, we decided to make sure the optimised website maintained a traditional, simple feel. Although we ensured the website was responsive to desktops and mobile devices, keeping consistent with the brand's well established 'feel' was paramount. One area that we believed added true value to the visitors to the site was the live chat facility; allowing users to communicate with a member of Jackson Windows' sales team in real-time.

Once the website was completed, an integrated digital marketing strategy was devised, which included both Paid Search and Paid Social, as well as Organic Social. This allowed us to promote the brand with a unified message optimised for a conversion.

The Result

The firm, which had never ventured into digital marketing before, welcomes the new changes to their online presence, and how it benefits their customers.

Our Paid Search and Paid Social teams were set a target at the launch of the campaigns, and due to the optimised website and an integrated marketing approach, we were able to deliver double the amount of leads and customers they were hoping for.
