Press, Podcasts and new business pitches for Streets

Streets is a well-established and widely respected mid-tier, top 40 UK firm of Chartered Accountants, tax specialists and business advisors. With its Head Office in the Midlands, the practice has a network of offices across the UK, including a recently created dedicated media group working with media production companies, as well as those engaged with entertainment, influencers and gaming professionals.

Brief

Streets wanted an agency to devise and push forward its digital and PR strategy to grow its reputation in its target niches, alongside generating new business leads.

The firm wanted to break the mould of its profession, which is typically a relatively safe and inward-facing market. The accountancy’s intention was to disrupt the market by engaging with prospects through relating to its specialisms; with a particular focus upon new target markets such as gaming, technology and accelerated startups.

It was important to them that Streets appointed an agency willing to plan, create and execute an innovative approach that matched their reputation.

Approach

Streets arrived with an already impressive reputation but had largely achieved this through traditional advertising channels. One of its key growth areas was younger entrepreneurs who had recently started businesses, which meant Streets had a need for a new set of comms channels. We expanded this tech-savvy, forward-thinking brand onto Social Media and to the top of the SERPs.

In terms of PR, Streets’ reputation within its local niches was already impressive. The PR team, therefore, decided to identify niche publications to which unique and innovative pitches could be made.

This led to the initiation of a podcast to show Streets’ links with the business community in which it operates. The ‘Streets Sessions’ Podcast launched in early 2020, with the content also being utilised in advertising; showcasing the firm’s interest and expertise in the niche areas they are targeting.

Results

We have secured millions of pounds worth of new business for Streets Chartered Accountants through our campaigns. With an ROAS on new business of 21:1, their Marketing Team regularly report to the board detailing our successes and are working with us to push the brand forward.
