With over a billion monthly active users and 49% of them reporting they’ve purchased a product after seeing it on the platform, it is obvious that TikTok has become a leading eCommerce destination, offering brands new ways to reach and convert customers.
At the end of 2024, FabFinds partnered with Distract to take over their TikTok Shop ad account. Knowing how effective TikTok Shop can be, we saw this as an exciting opportunity to help FabFinds grow and improve their sales performance.
In order to get the most out of Q4, our overall objective was to maximise engagement, visibility, and sales. To achieve this we prioritised remarketing, focusing on users who had added items to their basket or initiated checkout in recent months but had not completed a purchase. By concentrating on high-intent shoppers, we hoped to boost conversions and maximise sales.
As part of the Q4 strategy, we also launched a ‘Product Shopping Ads’ campaign, allowing us to promote FabFinds’ products directly within TikTok Shop, making it easier for users to browse and purchase effortlessly.
With two of the biggest holidays happening in Q4, we launched seasonal campaigns tailored for each of the two holidays. By regularly refreshing creatives, we made sure that FabFinds maintained strong performance throughout the quarter.
The first two months of our TikTok ads management have shown positive results from our work. Through continuous ad optimisation and a strategic campaign approach, FabFinds has experienced substantial growth compared to the previous two months:
